Underwhelming Experience due to Pool Closure and Communication Issues

The room was clean and spacious enough for my needs .
I booked specifically for the pool but it was out of service. The hotel did not offer any compensation for this inconvenience. I also found it difficult to find gluten-free options due to the food labels being unclear and the limited English proficiency of some staff.

The breakfast offered many choices. It was better than i expected, with eggs, sausages, and fresh fruit. i appreciated the clean pool area, it was well kept and offered a relaxing space after long travel days. also, the room had modern amenities.
i found the parking fee of $12 per day to be a bit unexpected. i think it could be included in the overall rate.

the room had a king size bed and oh my, it was so comfy! breakfast each day was also really good. it had different options and i really liked that. the staff was friendly, i had no issue with them.
i wished there were more food choices that were closer. i had to use a cab to go everywhere which was inconvenient. they didn't offer water bottles in the room too. every other hotels did during my trip but not this one.

The room included a comfortable king bed. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options. The staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The room was spacious. It met my needs completely.
The room service had limited hours, so I was unable to order food late at night. The gym equipment looked old and not well kept, but I managed.
